Qualifying

All teams entered into the networkrail league automatically qualify for this knockout cup.

Points Scored for your teams from the games played on the nominated weekends will decide wether you win and progress to the next stage or get knocked out.

The top 28 teams after the game weekend of 29th 30th sep 01 oct will go straight into the final 32.

The 8 positions from 29 - 36 in the league, will then enter the preliminary round - to be played the following weekend in a sort of an intertoto round.

teams will be drawn from a hat and you will go against another team and the highest score from the weekends games will decide if you win or get knocked out against your opponents team.

Potential problems The main problem i face is the site not updating the scores in time. If this happens, i will just re-arrange the fixture list accordingly. Also - if any fixture changes occur on the weekends i have ear marked for the ties, then tough. The round will still go ahead as normal, or i will email the remaining managers will possible solutions.

Final 32 The fixtures for the final 32 will commence the weekend of 27th and 28th of October

Last 16 These will be played the weekend of 10th/11th/12th november

Quarter Finals To be played weekend of 24th/25th november

Semi Finals to be played the weekend 8th 9th december

FINAL Saturday 15th 16th december

I will post the results on as soon as i can . I will also post the fixtures for each knockout round. You obviously will have access to the league yourself - so as long as i do the draw and post the fixtures on the thursday or friday, you'll be able to make a note of the team your facing. In the Event of a draw - a replay will be organised.
